The Suffield Arms was built in the 19th Century and offers all the comforts of a North Norfolk pub alongside a Mediterranean Tapas Restaurant and Premium Cocktail Lounge.
It is located directly opposite the Gunton Train Station, perfect if you do not want to take the car, and only a couple of miles away from their sister pub the Gunton Arms. The neighbouring villages are Southrepps, Antingham and Thorpe Market.
Under the same management team and ownership as the Gunton Arms, the Suffield Arms offers a new and exciting venue serving classic and new tapas dishes from across the Mediterranean. The Italian head chef boasts an impressive CV from working across Italy, the Canary Islands and London before making his home in North Norfolk.
As you enter the building, you are greeted with a large and impressive bar area which is akin to a classic 19th Century pub, with a roaring open fire and a large selection of local real ales. As you head further into the building you walk into a light and airy conservatory restaurant which overlooks a beautiful walled garden with plenty of outside seating (great for those warmer days). The restaurant hosts many larger tables along with a marble tapas bar, which spans across the entire restaurant. Behind the tapas bar guests can look out to the chefs preparing the evenings mouth-watering dishes.
For larger parties, The Suffield Arms offers dining areas where they can enjoy feast style menus with a range of different tapas options and larger dishes, perfect for sharing with your family and friends.
As you head up the spiral staircase you enter a luxurious cocktail lounge and roof terrace where you can enjoy seasonal and classic cocktails created by their very own mixologists. They offer bookings for larger parties if guests would like to hire out the cocktail lounge, where you can have a tailored menu and canapes for your liking.
