A wonderful location and a fabulous holiday home; you are going to want to stay at The Breakers.
Situated in an enviable coastal position in Brancaster Staithe, this lovely new-build holiday let has panoramic views out to the sea.
The Breakers has 4 bedrooms: one king sized on the ground floor with ensuite shower room, a king sized master bedroom on the first floor with ensuite bathroom and south facing balcony, and a further king and 2 singles which share a shower room on the second floor. It sleeps 8 in total.
There is a large kitchen diner on the ground floor with bi-fold doors opening out to the south facing courtyard, which is equipped with a gas BBQ and seating to enjoy a bit of al fresco dining. Kitchen appliances include an induction hob, electric oven, microwave, Quooker tap (boiling water on tap!), dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
The stunning living room is on the first floor with sea views, and a large terrace with seating for evening drinks. Wonderful. The interior has been beautifully styled, to make it the perfect place for a very special stay indeed.
Within walking distance are both the Jolly Sailors and the White Horse pubs (favourites of ours), and fresh fish and seafood are for sale at the various wooden huts dotted around the village. Brancaster beach is a 2 mile walk along the coastal path, or a 5 minute drive away.
Free Wi-Fi and underfloor heating run throughout the house and all bathrooms are appointed with White Company towels and toiletries. Beach towels are also provided. (We think that’s awesome.)
Prices begin at £800 per night for rental of the whole house, with a minimum 3 night stay in low season.
