Settle down right at the edge of the marshes, just yards from the oyster beds, and watch the tide roll in (the highest of the season) & hopefully a stunning sunset; while enjoying Richard Loose’s Brancaster Staithe oysters served 6 ways – shallot vinegar, tempura & sweet chilli, mint, cucumber & strawberry, Bloody Mary, Tom Yum, nettle & mirin.
